Sushi Calories

I’ve ran into a little bit of a predicament. I sometimes buy sushi at my local grocery store. The sushi section is called Hissho Sushi. The company has a website and a pdf of the sushi calories. However, they never seem to match up with the label on each sushi package. And they’re definitely the same company. In general, what calorie count would you guys go by? For instance, tonight I bought a caterpillar roll, which on the label states it’s 240 calories but on the site states it 329 calories. The crazy thing is the serving size online states it’s 140g for the 329 calories. Meanwhile, the sushi label states it’s 248g for the 240 calories. Makes no sense. Does anyone else run into this problem? This same thing goes for a lunch restaurant I sometimes frequent during the week.
