Hi
I was in the same boat about 7 years ago
Had nerve damage that required surgery and stoped me training for 17months.
I got a tad chunky in that time.
Once back in the gym and really concentrating on my diet it was surprisingly
Quick and easy to get back into shape
Good luck with your journey 👍2 -
Welcome to the community!
If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.
Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
Good luck with your journey!1 -
