Back after a layoff from the app, never had much of a support group here, and now see majority that I did are inactive. Had a super summer on my own.... Losing much of what I had put back on following the passing of father almost two years ago and some pretty dark times at home..... But I know how tough it is in the home stretch and trying to maintain.
Would love to have some active accountability buddies and happy to share chats / encouragement if that's something you are interested in Keep the faith to the new folks out there, it can and does work, just don't fall back into old habits for too long!!0 -

Hi I’m new to this app , I’ve been training most of my life was always a skinny kid lol , started 9 stone wet and now I’m 14 stone , always felt ok as my muscle and strength was good but had surgery last year on two hernia in my stomach so was out of the gym a while , I’m a qualified PT so training and training programs has never been the problem but I’m terrible at diets and what to do as I’ve always been able to eat what I want but now since the surgery my abs have gone and been replaced with a belly lol and I just can’t loose it , if anybody wants too add me as a friend I can offer training advice and motivation but I really need help and advice on the diet side ha ha soo that’s me anybody welcome to add me feel free 👍🏼1
