I’ve just started running 50k in California. I mainly stay Keto during my training and have a few GUs during my race along with little bits of sugary bumps.

I run solo during training and haven’t met anyone in the racing world. I’m wondering if there’s anyone out there who I can compare nutritional notes with. I tend to feel junkie after a race and I’m hoping someone has a trick for racing on Keto too. What do you eat on a Keto diet while running long distance?
