100 pounds is a significant loss. Congrats! As you lose weight, unfortunately it tends to get harder and slower and there's less wiggle room.

Have you adjusted your calories to account for the loss?
Have you taken a planned diet break yet?

I see you've just joined so I'm guessing there's no food log yet to help troubleshoot what might be going on. Hopefully tracking will help you spot where the issue lies!

    100 lbs is amazing, congrats.

I change up my routines to get out of stalls. Change workout routine slightly, like adding in a couple of short burst of more intensity (like if walking, add in a couple of short fast sprints).

Or change my meals up, from light breakfast and heavy dinner to heavy breakfast, lighter dinner. Vice versa.

Just a couple of small changes to regular routine will sometimes get my weight-loss going again.

The less you have left to lose, the slower the rate of loss gets.

    Good luck!
