I have been struggling with my weight since I had my daughter 12 years ago. I have fluctuated between 165 and 215 and am currently 200.2lbs.
I don't have any friends that are dieting and absolutely no one who understands anything close to binge eating, which I am queen of in the middle of the night. I need support from encouraging and positive people, I of course want to also give it in return.
I am a gay, 32 year old married mother of three. I am sooooo ready to lose this weight.

I totally understand I am a mother of three as well and i do most of my eating when the kids go to bed. I am 210 pounds and stuck in this cycle that I want to break. Having a good supportr group is important so u dont give into temptation. Everyone I work with is pretty slim and they eat junk food all day and its hard to find the willpower to say no.0

Sounds like you really feel my pain! It becomes depressing and then I just eat more! Seriously ... nuttela at 3am in the devil!0

Good luck on your journey!! I have been on this site for 5 weeks and I love it, it has given me motivation!! I have already lost 10 lbs!! I am a mother of 3 (2,5 and 10), Been with my husband for almost 12 years ( married for a year and a half). My biggest motivation to losing weight was losing my father to cancer a year and a half ago (a month after my wedding). I want to be healthier for myself and my family. Feel free to add me.0

I am an emotional eater. I eat when I'm happy or sad and yes I too love the late night snack! Welcome!!! Remember to log in every day even when your bad. This site is really awesome and will help keep you honest

I feel your pain. I don't over eat late at night but boy am I an emotional eater. When I am stressed I could eat anything and everything until I pass out.
I love the site as well. The major key is being honest, tracking your food/calories and log in everyday. I also love the message board because everyone shares articles and information which can help me make better choices. Good luck on your journey!!!0
