How does outlining the "correct diet" reveal the "correct weight"?
I don't think there's one correct diet. I think there are a broad group of principles that are generally accepted (although there are always some who disagree) as important for a healthful diet, which are set forth here, among other places: https://www.theatlantic.com/health/archive/2014/03/science-compared-every-diet-and-the-winner-is-real-food/284595/ (if you ignore the title it's a good piece).
I don't think outlining those principles would reveal "the correct weight," but then I'm not understanding what "the correct weight" is supposed to be in this usage.0 -
I’m thinking this is meant to be a thread for just the OP to use to document stuff for their own purposes.
