This recipie is 187 calories and is very delicious, I honestly love it and it is surprisingly filling.You will need
1 piece of bread
1) Boil egg for desired amount of time
2) cool egg down in water
3) peel egg and mash it up, add desired amount of ingredients, I only added a slight bit amount of each because it is only one egg.
4) toast your bread
5) put egg on bread
6) garnish plate with a pickle or some sort of vegetable you enjoy
