Lost 86 pounds at one point (starting in July 2017 after heart surgery), currently down 83. Have maintained within a 5 pound range for over a year now. My wife has lost over 160 pounds in the same time.16

Maintenance is getting easier.4 -
77lbs here! Reached my goal weight of 143 in Spring. I chose 143 because it put me at a healthy BMI and it was my lowest weight I could remember ever being (back in 4th grade.) By the time I was in 7th grade I was 173lbs. I went into maintenance for the summer trying to give my skin and brain a chance to get adjusted to the smaller size, but after a few successful months of maintenance, I'm back at it, to reach my new goal of 133. (I'm 5'4") I still have plenty of body fat to lose, and I'm a runner, so I'm really looking forward to being able to optimize my running at a lower weight. It's crazy how different my runs feel when I'm 144 pounds vs. 142 pounds. Once I realized this, it's given me the push I need to get to the next level in my fitness.11

78 pounds. Surpassed my goal of 145 by a pound just last week, thought about going into maintenance but realize I probably need to reset my goal.
Took exactly one year and two days. What a difference a year makes! And agree with those who ask, βItβs so hard to even lift! How WAS I carrying it everywhere?β6 -
