I’m a month post c section and I was so active and in shape before! Today was my first day back to the gym finally and I never though it would’ve have been so hard! I need to drop 50 lbs! Any tips, ideas or motivation would help so much! Need to get back and ready for my PRT so I can go back out to sea! 💪🏼

No advice sorry but I'm also 3 weeks pp from a csection! Good luck on your journey and congrats on the baby I'm jealous you're able to workout already I am no where near that!0

Congrats!! I’m 7 months PP from baby #4.
I also had 50 lbs to lose and it felt so overwhelming.
My advice is to accurately track and log your food (not sure if your nursing or not, if so, take it SLOW!).
Ease back into your workouts
Be kind to your postpartum body
Enjoy your “you” time in the gym and make it count.
It always takes me 12-14 to lose my baby weight (I gain 40-50 lbs each time 🤦🏼♀️) so I don’t expect overnight results but in 7 months have lost 30 lbs. you may lose slowly or quickly, every women is different after birth.
You will feel like yourself again, eventually!
Enjoy that baby ♥️1
