Hello All

Hi there , 51 yr old male in Uk , started intermittent fasting also a regular gym goer, looking to share meal ideas, any kind of tips really , work out but need to shift some side and belly fat ...Ideas welcome

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.

    Hello, I’ve been intermittent fasting for some time and really love this way of life. I very promptly lost 25 pounds, and then Nothing now for many months. Sooo, I’ve joined MFP and am tracking and wow and I can tell I’ve been eating way way too much! I am 50 and work a desk job- pretty sedentary I’m afraid but that’s gonna change. I currently practice alternate day fasting - feel so good!
