New to myfitnesspal!!! My husband has been on here for some time now and has lost 75lb. I have already lost 49lb and would like to lose another 40ish. I am not a calorie counter, but a carb counter and watch my sugar due to a gestational diabetic diet when I was pregnant. I would like to stick to carb and sugar counting, but need a place to be held accountable. I like the support that this site has offered my husband and like the platform of the site. The suggested guidelines and forums etc... are very well designed. Look forward to meeting some of you and encouraging one another to a lifestyle change!
