I usually stay the course hard and firm Monday to Friday.... come the weekend I tend to push the 1700 limits and then Monday’s weight-in is a shock and horror fest! What do you do to remain disciplined?
I think 1700 is not pushing it. Man... that doesn't even cover my snacks on weekends 🤣4 -

1700 cals is nearly a regular day for me, and i am 5'4 and female. Maybe your restricting too much during the week and it's tough to keep that going? Just a thought. Preplan your meals as much as possible for the weekend if u can!1
