Are these "no equipment workout" apps on Play Store viable?

Anybody here who tried them and had expected results?

I'm just asking because I tried one exercise, with my correct weight and height in and it calculated 273 kcal lost in only 13 min of exercise, is it possible?

    That does sound high.

Doesn't mean the workout itself is bad.. but its credibility drops a notch. :+1:

I always where a HRM. Once you program in your protacals, you will get a more accurate reading.

HRMs are notoriously inaccurate for estimating calories expended for anything other than steady state cardio. Being a numbers wonk myself I would still be interested in tracking average HRs etc as a way of seeing improvements in fitness.
