Ok I seriously started my weightloss journey 2 months ago! I was my highest weight of my life and was so scared ty hat everyday would be my last. It was starting to get hard to do my job and I hated feeling like I wasn't going to be able to climb in and out of my semi anymore... so 2 months later I'm feeling better and can't wait to see the scale next month! I'm so proud of myself for sticking to this to better myself!!!

You are doing great. The change in you already is amazing.
I would like to invite you to my MFP Larger Losers group. It is for people who are starting or did start with 75 or more pounds to lose. The people there are fantastic but more importantly they have a good understanding of what it means to start with quite a bit to lose. I have personally lost over 200 pounds in the last 18 months and considering that I am still not done yet you can imagine my life was a constant struggle when I began.

If you don't want to join that is okay. Please just do not quit for any reason. You don't have to be perfect you can have days where you eat too much for whatever reason but none of that is a good reason to quit. Just log it and move on. I have not been perfect and it did not keep me from losing weight.0
