Weird Data Trends...

So yesterday I was reviewing my weight loss entries and as I flipped back 2 years I noticed that on July 22, 2017 I started fresh. The entry before was lower and the entry for that day was much higher like I had taken a break.
***The interesting thing is that I started again this year on July 22, 2019.***
I have noticed weird things like this on Facebook as well. Like Ill be sick around the same 5-10 day period 4 years earlier. Ill see that pop up in memories.
What have you noticed?
