Recovering.
On two occasions my sugar bottomed out today despite having eaten. The only thing I changed in my routine was the new bike. Today I had it set to cycle slow to steep hill and back to slow for an hour. I'm guessing the change in my routine somehow made me burn more sugar. I'll have to carry something with me to work in case it happens again. Chocolate covered almonds maybe. Some type of sugar with protein!1 -
