Not sure how much I've lost, I'm estimating 40-50 lbs (I don't own a scale). Down about 4 to 5 sizes.
Good luck, you can do it!!

Lost more than 110 lbs now. I started Jan 11th, 2017 and lost more than 100 lbs by Sept 15, 2017. I have maintained and actually experienced a little more loss since.
You can do it!

I started this program in October 2018 but had previously lost a bit or since February 2018. but it wasn't till I started this program that I learned my limits and portions of food when I really started losing weight. and I bought myself a treadmill and started jogging, at first I could only jog for 30 seconds but today I can actually run and I can run for a long time. I've also started working out at my local gym with group training like crossfit and I like it a lot. this process takes time and patience. just take baby steps and dont give up! 💪🤗 you will be rewarded in the end 😊12 -

Simply amazing transformation! Do you mind if I ask how tall you are? I started a little above your start weight and I’ve still got a way to go.1 -
Mine are 'Before' and 'Still at it' pics... I post them to my MFP blog.

You can totally do it! It's 'simple' but it's a lot of hard work ... but very possible. I'm someone who had never really done any exercise before this year and I honestly didn't know whether I could make it given that I'm 46, I have asthma, my job is sedentary, I had carpal tunnel surgery before so couldn't lift heavy weights ... Going up hill or stairs make me want die ... I couldn't find a pair of pants that fit me given my height and my weight ... I realise I'd been wearing shapeless, figure hiding, floppy clothing for almost two decades ... but my PT was amazingly encouraging and I just kept chugging away at it... If there was a setback, I just kept going forward.
I'm five feet tall (150 cm). Starting weight in January this year was 86.6kg / 191 pounds. I'm now 54.5kg / 120 pound and transitioning into maintenance. 32kg / 71 pounds lost.
Here are my before and after photographs.
