Day 2. I always heard calories in calories out. How did I put on 20 pounds? Too many in! So I am committed to doing this journey by tracking everything and looking forward to this journey

    So I have heard that not eating enough calories hinders weight loss. It is eye opening for me logging in what I eat

    This is nonsense for the most part. It's about as true as running your car without gas will cause better gas mileage. What it does cause is binge eating because you get too hungry which affects weight loss. Don't worry about that at all. Pick a reasonable goal and stick with it. You will do great.

    I try to eat just under my daily goal I dont go over even though I could with the exercise which takes it up to 300 more by do it this way it seems to work for me but you need to find your own daily calories.
