< Bella, she rescued me. Sadly this picture was the day she had to be put down so now I have no furry motivator. Will get another one when I am ready, life isn't complete without a pup.

This is my best friend. We go 25 miles 4 to 5 times a week. If we are not biking, we walk or hike together. I couldn't do it without him.

Stop lifting those heavy weights and pick ME up! I demand cuddles!

Don't mistake me. I LOVE Sootie to the moon and back. But as a motivator? This cat is *kitten*.
