    I've just taken the plunge and ordered it today from Amazon uk (£5.99 +free postage!).... I have a feeling I'm gonna regret it on the first day LOL but hey - its supposed to be a work-out not an easy-out! I have never attempted do any workout dvd 's before so expect it 's gonna take me a few attempts before I manage to do the while thing.

    I am on day 7 level one and I found the first day extremely hard, but it's only 25 minutes so you can see the light at the tunnel lol, was so sore the first few days but if you just keep at it by the 3 /4 day it feels soo much better. Good luck everyone :) kick it's butt!

    I PLAN on starting today. I was going to get up a half hour earlier this morning, but that didn't happen. Hopefully this afternoon I will do it. I hear such great (and painful :laugh: )t things about it.
