Got a 120 pounds to lose. Got my wonderful wife supporting me but the work crew supposedly dieting with me isn't really working on the diet challenge. I watch the postings here and I think I can make the additional 20 by New Years.

Starting weigh 270.
Lost 14 pounds so far and feel wonderful.
12 weeks left till New Years.
Planning on losing between 1 to 2 pounds a week, so I will be happy with a total loss starting counting today of around 15 pounds.
Starting from New Years I will re-evaluate and set a new goal and ways to get to it.
