88 days for 2020...join me in losing 20lbs

Hello everybody..... <3 we have exactly 88 days left for the new year bash....that's to welcome the year twenty twenty....2020.... I'm in to challenge myself so that I lose 20lbs... its quiet difficult after losing almost 45lbs.....

I really need company.... will u accompany me.????.. trust me we can do it together....PLEASE DO JOIN... SO R U READY?.... coz I'm doing it again..

Starting weight on MFP- 213
Present weight - 165
Goal weight by 2020 - 145

    I should be around 140 (last time I was there is around six years ago) . In the past 1-2 years, I get to 189,and then life happens and I fall apart.

    These last 20 pounds have been a huge pain to try to get rid of. I keep losing 5 then immediately gaining them back. Last year I was 114 before I let my health get away from me. This challenge is just what I need!

    Ultimate goal is 140 by March 2020.

    I get to 154 then I lose it and go back up to 180 ! :-(

    I really identify with this because I know what I need to do to lose weight/eat healthy but I never get to the point where it is automatic and I slip.

    Current Weight: 216 lbs
    January 2020 Goal Weight: 187 lbs (2.5 lbs a week)
    Final June 2020 Goal Weight: 145 lbs

    Goals:
    * Work out 5x a week (Cardio, Weight Training, Yoga/Pilates, Walking)
    * Stay within my calorie intake and follow a low carb diet
    * Drink 100 oz of water daily

    Dec 30 GW: 145 (Anniversary-moon to Jamaica!)

    I lost almost 70lbs in the year leading up to my wedding on 12/28/2018, but since gained back 20ish. Hoping to lose that by the time we go on our honeymoon for our 1-year anniversary!

    Husband and I are doing "Sober October" and so far have consumed 0 calories in alcohol this month!

    down 2.5 this week, 6.5 for the month. Gotta keep moving ;-) The next 3 weekends are going to be killers in calories. I will choose as wisely as I can.....

    I am 180.6 so only lost .4 of a pound. This is only since Wednesday when i joined. I am hoping to do better for next week

    I'm happy with the loss but I've struggled this weekend. I hosted Thanksgiving yesterday (Canada) and I've struggled with my eating. I'm hoping to get back on track and move on.

    Today was my first day at the gym after 8 long months..... cant wait to see how much I lose in these 2 months....I weigh 75.6kgs today...fingers crossed

    I'm joining a little late but I think I can manage close to 20 by January 1st with some, help support and accountability

    Current weight: 177.7
    January Goal weight : 157.7

    Goals to get me there:
    Walk everyday at least 30 min ( try and get 12000 steps a day)
    Weight train, dance, or yard work three times a week

    Sleep at least 7 hours 5 out of 7 days
    Drink 3 cups plain water or herbal tea
    meditate for 15 min a day
    track food every day

    Every time I diet I revolt - so I'm just going to try and keep my calories the same and just track food to look for glaring problems

    My starting weight and todays weight is the same..... but I'm still happy.....since I've just started my workout... I feel the pain and I love it... so I'm sure it's working....cant wait to put down my weight next week
