88 days for 2020...join me in losing 20lbs

I am 180.6 so only lost .4 of a pound. This is only since Wednesday when i joined. I am hoping to do better for next week4

I'm happy with the loss but I've struggled this weekend. I hosted Thanksgiving yesterday (Canada) and I've struggled with my eating. I'm hoping to get back on track and move on.2 -

Weight this morning was179.6 so exactly 1 pound loss from last week. I'm happy with that ☺2

Today was my first day at the gym after 8 long months..... cant wait to see how much I lose in these 2 months....I weigh 75.6kgs today...fingers crossed0

Current Weight: 216 lbs
January 2020 Goal Weight: 187 lbs (2.5 lbs a week)
Final June 2020 Goal Weight: 145 lbs
Goals:
* Work out 5x a week (Cardio, Weight Training, Yoga/Pilates, Walking)
* Stay within my calorie intake and follow a low carb diet
* Drink 100 oz of water daily
My goodness.... I wish I could copy your goals.... coz I'm bad at all the 32 -
I'm joining a little late but I think I can manage close to 20 by January 1st with some, help support and accountability
Current weight: 177.7
January Goal weight : 157.7
Goals to get me there:
Walk everyday at least 30 min ( try and get 12000 steps a day)
Weight train, dance, or yard work three times a week
Sleep at least 7 hours 5 out of 7 days
Drink 3 cups plain water or herbal tea
meditate for 15 min a day
track food every day
Every time I diet I revolt - so I'm just going to try and keep my calories the same and just track food to look for glaring problems

My starting weight and todays weight is the same..... but I'm still happy.....since I've just started my workout... I feel the pain and I love it... so I'm sure it's working....cant wait to put down my weight next week0

I joined the gym....I feel lighter.... but my scale doesn't show any difference.... hoping to give myself a great result next week0
