I’m excited that I added a new friend. Of the millions that are on MFP, these two know the value I can bring to their lives.

Rainbows and sunshine will flow through their veins.

    Pretty much....though, it's his tree house where we usually meet since his mom says we make too much noise....🤷

    This means so much to me. Thank y’all so much for being my friend. It brings me such joy knowing I am helping to improve your lives from what it currently is.

    I added two more friends and I’m very excited. I feel I’m closer to launching my Podcasts knowing that I’ll have four people listening. In the meantime I can always mail out my video tapes to anyone who can benefit from my workout routine
