Yes! Thanks! That's it. That concept really stuck with me.1 -

It is not a quote, just something I think about. If at xx years old I could go back 5/10 years and give myself advice what would it be? If I am not following that advice now I really have learnt nothing!
If you want a quote take Einstein's definition of insanity "Doing exactly the same thing and expecting dramatically different results". If you genuinely want to lose weight you have to change.4 -

My go-to quotes are (sadly I don't know who said them originally):
1. Be afraid. And then do it anyway.
2. It's the little victories that keep you going.2 -
Self-discipline begins with the mastery of your thoughts. If you don’t control what you think, you can’t control what you do.2

Here's the two that are hanging in my work out room:

Motivation never lasts. When it leaves you, rely on discipline to keep going.
This has really helped me many times over the years.

Longer version of what someone else posted:
"Losing weight is hard
Being fat is hard
Working out is hard
Being weak is hard
Being disciplined is hard
Being lazy is hard
Everything is hard
Choose your hard"3
