Don’t lie. If what they are wearing or what they did with their hair isn’t a good look, tell them! It’s easier than when they find out later you thought it was awful lmao 😂5

Don't go out to buy yourself something to eat and not buy your partner in crime something as well. It's just inconsiderate and RUDE.2

When your partner is on a diet don't bring home a bunch of cookies and donuts from your mother3
-
Don't treat your partner like a maid/nanny/hired help/mother. They aren't there to pick up after your lazy *kitten*.5
-
-
Don't snoop! If you go through enough stuff you'll find something you weren't supposed to see which will upset you (justified or not). Maybe something innocent. Respect privacy.2

don't become a roommate to them.
don't get too comfortable and let yourself get sloppy basically. you gotta keep that romantic and sensual spark.
kinda hard to do that if you become like the slob they lived with when they were twenty, like you never flush the toilet, or you leave the trash overflowing with pads, or you think the dishes are solely their responsibility.4 -
Don’t have too much pride that you can’t apologize and admit when you were wrong. (It took me forever to learn this one)
Also, don’t undermine your partners feelings.7 -
Don't shame your partners for liking things that are different than you are into/used to.4

*Taking notes to use just in case I find myself in a relationship

Based on some other threads here, it sounds like communicating your desires/wishes/goals for life is necessary to avoid heartbreak and messy divorces.4

If she tells you she wants needs something from you - maybe take it serious even if you think it’s the stupidest thing you’ve ever heard9

I like really this one. A little female perspective. I told my fiancé I wished he’d give me a kiss in the morning, even though I’m usually still sleeping. I know it made no sense to him and he doesn’t really get it. But everyday since he has woke up, walked around the bed and has given me a forehead kiss. I know because it wakes me up, but I don’t say anything. And this small little kiss, it starts my day off on a good note, it fills my heart up and makes me feel so loved, it reminds me he cares about what I need.16 -

Don’t hit below the belt and say things that can’t be unsaid.3

Don’t spend all your time on mfp.2

Do NOT stare at your partner as they take most of the meatballs with their spaghetti and ask, "Are you gonna eat ALL of that?" in an incredulous voice.5
-
Don't compare every little thing about your partner to past partners or others' partners.3
-
Do not be passive aggressive and mutter to yourself for everyone to hear about stuff you said "oh no, don't worry, I'll get it...." etc.3
-
Don't constantly compare your bits and pieces to past partners she's had and stop putting emphasis on dick size as though it's the only important aspect of a relationship.
Also, don't fish for compliments. Appreciate the genuine ones that are given.4 -

Every man appreciates “your teeny tiny d is sooo cute!” When said genuinely. Pretty sure, I think.1 -
Don't mansplain. Plantain? sustain? maintain? Samhain (haha, not how it's pronounced.)0
