First time I've been in the 150s since 2014? I didn't eat much near the end of the week because I was really sick so maybe that's what caused this "Whoosh." It feels as though my weight loss has slowed down so much these past few months but I'm hoping to keep this momentum going.6 -

It's so hard when you're the only one in a group of friends who's trying to eat healthy, trying to walk more and stuff like that. I'm so grateful to have such a community where you share similar goals and activities. Hopefully I'll get through this month with the same mindset and motivation.
