Hubby away for a few days and my youngest wanted to sit and watch something on TV together and decided to bring in a bowl of popcorn to snuggle up with - how can anyone resist that offer! Enjoyed the popcorn obviously but no where near as much as the hour spent snuggled on the sofa with my daughter Some days life is sssooo good

10/10 - 161.4 - Big jump but I knew that since birthday dinner was a total splurge. Not as bad as I thought. I tried to best guess nutrition to log and I was over by 200. But carbs and sodium from brick oven pizza and brownie with ice cream as a birthday cake. (TMI) I also weighed in before it fully digested and was evicted. The kombucha does seem to be helping my digestion quite a bit and I'm much more regular and normal. Less bloating and feeling like my stomach is a balloon, too. (I only drink 4oz a day so not much but it seems to help. Going to maybe up it over time to 8oz). I might take a nice walk today to help my poor gut out and digest everything. I don't know if I'm going to BF's tonight. If not, I don't have a plan for dinner or lunch tomorrow so that will be a challenge. MUST behave as I promised myself I would so I could enjoy yesterday. Also blood work came back. I still have high cholesterol ): Not as bad as last year but not good given my age. So green tea and kombucha should help and then getting diet and exercise right (consistently, that is) will hopefully get that number down.

NSV: I usually have my fitbit on the 4th hole. In order for it to be tight enough to read heart rate, I had to tighten it to the 3rd hole!10 -
@GrandmaJackie Thanks so much! I'm in again! Last round I dropped 2.2 pounds while aiming for 2, so definitely up for this next 10 day challenge!
