I have lost over 58 kg so far by the grace and mercy of Almighty God in Christ Jesus. Thats about 128 pounds. I say over 58 kg because they scale wouldn't weigh me until I was under 150kg. Not sure how high over 150kg I was though... Trying to put on some muscle though and fill out that stretched skin LOL.8

From April 2014 - October 2016 I lost a total of 105lbs. Went from 300 - 195lbs. Been maintaining since October 2016 on a +/- 5lb range.9

From 2016 to today I'm down from 298 to 181. Been between 175-185 for the last year or so.
It's been a fun journey.9 -
85 pounds, then somehow gained back 15 (thanks binge eating and stress)7

93 lbs down from my highest non-pregnancy weight. My goal is to reach 100 lost. If you count having a baby and then having to lose that weight again I've lost over 140 lbs since starting on my healthier life journey.8

Currently in maintenance for the last year or so. (Allow fluctuation 5-10 lbs or more accurately how my blue jeans fit).6 -
SW 220 in feb 2019 (was probably 10-20 lbs higher in 2015 but who knows)
Diet and too many miles and Iโm down 70+ lbs6 -
65 Lbs. Feb 1 - SW 246 but probably higher on Jan 1. Afraid to weigh myself for the first month! 181 now4

Lost 50lbs back in 2011-2012. But have regained and lost the same 15lbs about every 2 years.
So if you count the "re-loss" I might be up to the both hands! LOL
Let's just say my body doesn't like the goal weight I like.3 -

lifting 2 fingers. only about 18 lbs. Unless you add up all the pounds lost in prior yoyos, in which case probably 80-100 lbs.2

WOW!!! there are a lot of people who have done great things with their health. Great job. I started in March at 221 and am now at 190... I got stuck at 192 so now trying this fitnesspal to switch up from my whole30 and started 5 days ago looking at my entire food intake. Thanks for the inspiration.9
