I'm a few days late to post but I did weight myself. I've just been too tired and lazy to update. Today I am a lot heavier than my weight on 10/11 though, so hopefully I can at least maintain my 10/11 weight by this Friday. It ain't pretty folks!3 -

I was able to complete a 41 hour water and coffee fast which I ended yesterday. Back on track with my eating and workout plan. Two weeks ago I ran a half marathon and then a few days later ran a 5K (race). Both of these I did at full exertion and they both left me so physically depleted. Just days after my races I had to travel for 3 days which was also really stressful on my body. So when I returned from my trip I just felt awful. So weak and tired. I overate my calories and carbs for two days. When you eat a low carb diet, a single day of eating high carb can dramatically increase the scale which is what happened to me. I went on this fast to help me get back into ketosis and to lose the water weight I gained during my carb binge. (Also to help my body repair itself from the damage I think I did from overexerting myself on my runs.) I'm so happy to be so close to my Halloween goal weight!0 -
