Started low carb in July

I started low carb diet July 15. At first I was losing so fast. For the last couple of weeks, I bounce within a pound to a pound and a half.

I weighed 229.4 pounds when I started. I weighed 221.2 pounds this morning. I am frustrated.

I have decided to add IF to boost my results.

I drink apple cider vinegar as a tea at night. I am adding the tea in the morning as of today.

I am wondering if I am eating enough.
