Hello I have been looking all over and I can find the calories in the bobba for the bobba teas but no where can I seem to find the macros for the sea salt creama that goes on top. Any body?
thank you

Whenever you didn't make food yourself, all you can do is estimate or guess. Looking at a few recipes online, it seems that many call for around 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream, but some have sugar added, and some use mixes like this one: https://www.bossenstore.com/products/crema-cheese-whipping-powder. The best you can do is guess at what you think you had, unless the shop provides nutrition info.

Unfortunately fat and sugar are both delicious and high calorie. Hopefully you can fit you favorite drinks into your goals once in a while.

Most 12oz bubble teas i get from a shop are around 400-500 calories. They are pretty caloric.
