I'm here now after a friend told me about the site, I'm 39, a mother of 2, wife of 1 (LOL) and ready to make some life changes.....hope to get some support here and to meet new people....I'm in healthcare for almost 20 years now.....

    Good job for taking a step! I've barely been here one day and feel a lot of support from everyone its very awesome! The site lets you track calories with ease, your exercise, and everything in between its great. You've come to a good place. Good luck
