Just snuck past 50 - arm raised and I didn't get smacked in the face by excess wobbly fat6

82 as of this morning. Aiming for 105 before I take an assessment break. 105 will put me right on the line of still on basic BMI calc being overweight vs. in healthy range but based on current hip/waist ratio I suspect 230 will be within range. I might aim for 225 just because 25 is my favorite number LOL (you know, cause thats scientific!!!). Keep at it everyone!6

Started at 280, now down to 166. Original goal is 140 so I would of halfed my body weight. Realistically that is probably still too high as BMI would still be over weight but I can reassess when I'm there.3

58 so far!6

51 pound down in 8 months ... still 26 pounds to go before I hit a healthy BMI but I’m really feeling good ... taken up running and boxercise , gone from. I exercise in 20 years to 5 days a week5

ME! I lost 70 lbs. about 3 years ago. I have gained and lost since then but kept to my goal of never going over 200 lbs ever again. I would still like to lose more but it has been a real struggle.

Yes but a long time ago. I lost over 100lb about 15 years ago. Since then I have gradually gained about 30 back, so I'm here to try to get the scales creeping down again.4

Do I have to high kick when I hit my next 50? *grins*
Adding the high kick5 -
24.9kg or 54.8lbs. Been waiting for the last four days at this weight for a drop so I can say I've lost 25kg or 55lb but it isn't yet forthcoming! So annoying but tomorrow will probably be my day!3

About 100lbs! Maintaining for 6 months8

Right around 58 lbs lost since having gastric bypass surgery in November4
-
55 lbs since end of May...think 5 more than maintenance. This time - I'm not gaining it back!5
