    I'm with you and cheering for you!! I've had three months of "sideways" activity. Losing/gaining the same 2-3 pounds. I've starting accurately weighing and measuring what I consume, drinking lots of water, and I've upped my exercise game.

    Went to the gym today. Spent 40 minutes doing cardio and weight machines. Feels so good when I leave. I'm just starting out so will build up my time there.

    I need this, @Slider678 -- thank you for this thread! If you look at my diary, which to my shame I am keeping open, you'll see that last night I went off the rails again (drank too much, so naturally ate too much too, at a really fun wedding). I need to learn how to live a moderate lifestyle instead of all or nothing. Will happily accept friend/connections to help!

    I’m excited to join! I did MFP in 2013 and then stalled out after 6 months and now I’m back again. I’m 43 and I promise myself this will be the best decade yet!

    I always been 75kg ish, reached 120kg when I was pregnant, now down to 86. I would like to lose around 30 kgs, idk how many exactly because all depends of what I'll see in the mirror!

    Hi everyone, this sounds like fun!

    Weight: 125
    Goal by 12/31 Be in maitanence, up arm weights at gym
    Favorite calorie burning activity: sounds weird but using my exercise bike, I can get in a great workout while reading and blasting music!

    Biggest challenge to meeting your goals: vacations and parties, I'm great on my own! I'm nervous about maintaining my weight too after being in losing mode for so long.

    A healthy reward I enjoy: clothes shopping, though I'm waiting to finish losing. I'll also splurge and go to the Farmer's market or an Asian market and go crazy in the produce area, discovering new stuff excites me.
