iPhone update...grr

My phone did an update and now I keep getting this message. How do I fix it?

    I don’t use my Fitbit anymore, but whenever I had issues in the past, I always looked at the help section of the Fitbit website. Lots of info on there.

    If that doesn’t help, maybe open a ticket with Fitbit. Looks like they are aware of an issue with iOS 13 compatibility.

    I had a similar message with my Garmin. Just turning the bluetooth off and back on again did the trick. I hope your solution is simple, as well!

    This has happened to me several times with my fitbit. First make sure your fitbit is listed as a connected bluetooth device. Then try turning your bluetooth off and on again. If those don't work, turn both your phone and fitbit off then on again. Lastly (this is always what I had to do) unpair your fitbit from your phone restart both devices and repair. I hope one of those is your solution!
