Meal prepping definitely helps me because I have issues binging. So much less likely to happen if my meals are ready to go vs me being able to eat everything in the fridge when I’m starving 🤗

@brinicolelovely I just was looking for something a bit different than the standard turkey left over meals 😊and I'm a big fan of chili

Last week, smoked several chicken breasts in my electric smoker. I froze half and then used the rest for 3 meals- Boston Bibb salad w/chicken, onion, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and Asian dressing, Chicken tacos, Chicken Noodle soup.

I'm feeling lazy this week. I don't usually meal prep, but I cook sometimes. This week my food is whatever other family members feel like cooking + sandwiches. I bought instant noodles in case no one cooks, does that count as prepping? :p

For the Canadians with leftover thanksgiving turkey, can I suggest my super easy vaguely South American chicken salad? Chopped turkey, a chopped avocado and a jar of store bought tomato salsa. Optional chopped fresh coriander garnish. Have it in a soft taco shell or wrap.

I was kind of lazy this week, I did homemade lunchables for the week - like little kids eat :) I cubed up some block cheddar cheese, portioned out some deli ham and Wheat Thin crackers and cut up a pineapple. It hasn't been the most filling of my prepped lunches, but it's something different and I've enjoyed it.

I have kept in fridge cooked white rice, black beans, fresh tomatillo sauce, Lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and mini corn or flour tortillas on hand. Can make a quick bean burrito or fiesta salad. A mini burrito has about 110 calories. If I cut the corn tortillas in tiny strips and bake in oven then a couple of these on the salad make the meal run about 295 calories.
