This happened to me one week when I worked out hard!! I lost only a little weight but the following week I lost 7.75 pounds!! DON'T give up!!!!!0

The chemical reaction that takes place during the 'burning' of fat, produces water. So it is very common to not see the scale move at first, then see a drop. I didn't lose anything for like over a week when I started, then all of a sudden had a big drop when my body released water weight.0

I generally start noticing a difference 3 or 4 weeks into it. Stay strong!0
