I love the END of a good run. haha!0

I agree weight lifting! It has helped me so much with my fibromyalgia. I feel like a 42 year old woman now. Not 82! yippee!0
-
standing calf raises - I have an addiction to them0
-
I looveee my elliptical!0

I'm into Tennis and Racquetball... they feel more like just fun activities (which happen to burn a ton of calories) than they do like "working out" which is important to me... I can't seem to stick with a physical activity that isn't fun, so I'm drawn more to sports.0

I dont have one,,,I guess I have ADD or something,,,this month it is my bike...last month running...next month...who knows0

I'm with you, mlaning. I don't actually LIKE running, but I LOVE the feeling afterwards, and I LOVE witnessing my own personal progression. I starting running again a few months ago, and just yesterday I did 3.25 miles in my hilly neighborhood, pushing the stroller, and with the dog! I did it WITHOUT STOPPING! Those are the moments I love. I got home and felt like a warrior0

I love crazy workouts like Insanity and p90x0

Walking on the beach, and Zumba.0

Zumba!!! I have really found my "it" thing that I'm so excited about. It is so exhilarating and fun, and a GREAT workout!!! Love it!0

Lifting weights, kayaking, biking, tennis, speed skating... and the list goes on.
Oh, and I don't run - I get bored easily doing that... LoL
EDIT: I like individual sports - I feel I can prove myself.0 -
Spinning, zumba, and weights!0

Running, especially once my fitness levels are up a bit, and I can run proper distances. I was told so often as a kid that I couldn't run (I'm really not built for it) so discovering that, once the whole 'race to be first' pressure was over, I could enjoy it, and run decent distances was pretty cool. I get a real buzz from it.0

Zumba! I love dancing, I love sweating, I forget that I am working out. Jump rope makes me feel like a kid again. I also am trying to fall back in love with running. :ohwell: slowly but surely
Oh and I LOOVE circuit training with my trainer.. pushing my body and my mind to the limit.. and changing it up with strenght and cardio. The hour flies by!0 -
I love RUNNING. Its like a rush I get when I run. I constantly push myself to go further, longer, and faster.0

I love to dance so definitely Zumba, plus Body Pump!0

I love YRG (yrgfitness.com it's Yoga with dynamic resistance also has some pilates and martial arts in it), HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), circuit training, martical arts, Insanity, running, p90x lol obviously I dont have one true love for a workout I love'em all.0

Lifting weights and bootcamp classes!!0

Running. It's good for the mind and the body. And these days if I go more than two days without a good solid run, I am absolutely batty. I always had trouble running as an obese teenager in gym class, I despised being forced to do it while a soldier in the Army, and now that I do it on my own terms, I can't seem to get enough. Marathon #2 is 15 weeks away!0

Moving heavy weight in the bench press, military press, squat, and deadlift. It requires a lot of focus and it's a great feeling to move some heavy weight that was previously not possible for you.0

SWIMMING!
I love (a) the amazing all-body workout; (b) the feeling of weightlessness in water; (c) not feeling like a sticky salty sweaty mess when I work out; (d) passing the time by singing showtunes to myself [underwater!] and not having to make a point of ignoring the guy on the next treadmill looking at me like there's a horn growing out of my forehead.
Yep, definitely swimming!0 -
I love Tae Bo. I enjoy kickboxing. I do other kickboxing workouts, but not as much as I do Tae Bo. It's my number one workout, since 1998.0
-
I love zumba because it's fun and it works.
I love running because I can FINALLY clear my head, push myself, find my pace and achieve my "runner's high".
I love lifting weights because it helps me focus and I love seeing the results. I love feeling like a strong and fit woman.
Okay...I just LOVE exercising! Is that so wrong?0 -
Zumba!! So fun and burns enough calories that I can eat a nice dinner with wine and still look good in my jeans.0
-
Spinning is my new obsession! It's fun with the music, it's social because you generally have the same group of people in the class, and the goals of pushing yourself as hard as you can and sweat as much as you can makes me feel so good afterwards!0
-
LES MILLS BODY BALANCE its a must! Try it you will not find any other exercise to top it. It's a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to music - My passion.0
