Hey, if it were my butt covering the seat, no one would be able to see it's size or padding anyway.0

OK. So another grandchild birthday party today. Loaded baked potatoes and birthday cake. Be strong, Bill...Be strong!:bigsmile:0

Sorry I have been MIA. This has been a very hard couple of weeks for me emotionally and on top of it I worked almost 50 hours this week (normally I work 32). I'm not doing so well with weight loss. In fact I have gained a ton (like 4 lbs) in two weeks. I'm hoping next week goes better so I can get back on track.0

Just get back on track when you can and keep the faith. We all can do this together!0 -
Happy Sunday, everyone! Remember, tomorrow is our WI day, so let's make today count!!
I am currently awaiting the arrival of Hurricane Irene. It's very rainy and windy right now, but we are supposed to get the worst of it this afternoon. I am planning on using the elliptical today; I'd better get a jump on it before the power goes out! Now I just need to figure out how to keep my kids from driving each other insane!

Loss for this week: 4.5 pounds That's a lot. Catching up from my low loss last week apparently0 -
Tried an experiment yesterday. Am pretty close to my ultimate weight goal now, so thought I would try to eat a little more "normally" and still do my exercise. Bottom line? Gaines 1.4 pounds in 1 day. Grrr!0

You do realize that is not a real gain, right? Our bodies can fluctuate anywhere between 1-4lbs in day, sometimes more for the ladies with TOM issues. Keep track of your sodium and wean yourself back in slowly or set you MFP goals to maintenance. You should give anything new at least a week to see it's true effects.0

Such good advice. I will wait until I lose 15 more pounds, then set mfp to maintenance. I am glad we are friends.0 -
Hey guys...sorry I didn't check in yesterday. I'm still the same weight. No shocker there.0
