    Loss for this week: 4.5 pounds :) That's a lot. Catching up from my low loss last week apparently :)

    Tried an experiment yesterday. Am pretty close to my ultimate weight goal now, so thought I would try to eat a little more "normally" and still do my exercise. Bottom line? Gaines 1.4 pounds in 1 day. Grrr!

    You do realize that is not a real gain, right? Our bodies can fluctuate anywhere between 1-4lbs in day, sometimes more for the ladies with TOM issues. Keep track of your sodium and wean yourself back in slowly or set you MFP goals to maintenance. You should give anything new at least a week to see it's true effects.

    Such good advice. I will wait until I lose 15 more pounds, then set mfp to maintenance. I am glad we are friends. :)
