Im in!!! I am 5'3 167 lbs and my goal weight is 135-140lbs. Im on a low carb diet of (75g-100 net carbs) and stay around 1200-1300 calories and I walk 4-6x per week for 30-40 min. Best of luck to everyone!0

You can handle this. Keep in mind that you can keep within caloric range for the week even if you go over for the day. It's just a matter of more leafy greens and whole wheat goodness.1
