100 Pounds lost, 35 to go:)

I’ve also lost 100 pounds very slowly, started in 2016. Now just 35 to go.
This app is really good, is helping me already in just a week.

    Keep going! I’m a new member, need to loose 30 pounds, been trying for some time but not able to maintain. How did you do? What did you do to be on track?

    Thank you:) I am doing the same as all of you—just keeping track and trying my hardest. When I started in 2016, I became a vegetarian, and I cut out as much processed sugar, salt and fried foods as I could. I exercise 1-2 times a week, also. For my body, all of that seems to work the best. Everyone is different, though—what works for me might not be what will for you. Congrats on improving your health, also.
