Today's challenge is: Squats
Let's see if we can do 200.
You have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 200 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.

Darn it- I thought it was push-up challenge day. I did 150 before I even logged on this morning!

so does anyone have an equivalent to this one? I googled it and it would put pressure on my ankle and I can't allow that if i want to be back on my feet anytime soon.0

Maybe 50 one legged squats? Doing a 100 just seems like it would be over kill for one leg but I'm not sure 50 is the right number either.......Just a suggestion...0 -
