I spent 5 weeks last year in Nepal. Eating curry about an hour after waking up just didn't sit well in my tummy! I tasted OK, but was difficult to eat so early.

I am a notorious backwards eater! I love breakfast for dinner. It's probably one of my favorite things to eat. Basically, I am in the habit now where I eat what I want at whatever time I want. Food is food.

Guilty! I think I spent most of college years eating pizza for breakfast, deli sandwich for dinner, and omelettes/pancakes for late night eating (when I needed to soak up the booze).

Well sometimes I eat what I packed for my lunch at my morning snack time and then eat my morning snack at lunch time.

Nothing wrong with that :) Sometimes I even have oatmeal or kashi go lean cereal for dinner. It's always different lol!

I wish I could eat breakfast all day... because I would. Cereal, eggs, whole-wheat pancakes, toast, parfaits... I'd do it.

There are many days where I just want to eat breakfast food all day, and I'm not ashamed to admit sometimes I do just that. I don't think I'll ever be able to do lunch/supper foods for breakfast, though.
  • I am definitely guilty of this. I work 12 hr shifts from 7p-7a, my eating times get all messed up. I have decided to eat whatever food I have decided to eat that day at whatever time I can during that 24 hr period. Sometimes it's going to work and I'm sure sometimes it's just not, but I can only do the best that I can.
  • I'm guilty, I actually had a bowl of cereal for lunch today and a Sunrise Subway Melt for supper.
  • i just eat when i get hungry...

I've NEVER BEEN a breakfast person. I labeled the meals on my diary "meal 1, meal 2, meal 3" because I don't eat when/what I'm supposed to. I'll have a tuna sandwich for 'breakfast' or cereal for 'dinner.' A meal is a meal, doesn't matter when it's eaten.

24 hr/day food log! When the cals are up, I'm done eating.

But I do love breakfast food at night! & vice versa!

"Time is an illusion... lunch time doubly so."

As a side note, I eat my meals backwards every day... because I work nights, so I have supper with my husband before I go to work, and eat breakfast with him before he goes to work and I go to bed. :D

I just squish my meals together... I'll eat breakfast at noon, lunch at 430, 7 or 8p, then dinner at 930p! Then I don't eat again until the next day at noon... And of course, who doesn't love a chicken burger for breakfast and french toast for dinner? (Okay, so those aren't really healthy, but I'm working on it...) :)

I work nights as well. So if you were to view my Food Diary you would see a lot of Lean Cuisine or Weight Watchers meals listed as breakfast. It gets tricky on my off days, but like most everyone has said............Food is Food! I just log whatever I eat in the 24 hour time period, no matter what time it is.
