    Goal : 60 min

    Oct 3 - 1 min
    Oct 4 - 1 min - I hate to admit it’s harder than I anticipated :-) good challenge !
    Oct 5 - 3 mins - 3 x 1 min - tomorrow I’ll try to do 6 x 30 sec, instead
    Oct 6 - 3 min - 6 x 30 sec - yeah, that’s more like it !
    Oct 7 - 2 min - 4 x 30 sec - oof, I feel it :-)
    Oct 8 - 3 min - 6 x 30 sec - I’m on a roll and I am getting the urge to add minutes everyday, but I’m going to keep it steady for now (been known to want to run before I can walk!)
    Oct 9 - 3 min - 6 x 30 sec - yep, same as yesterday. Feeling good even though it’s not easy :-)
    Oct 10 - 2 min - 2 x 3 x 20 sec
    Oct 11 - 0
    Oct 12 - 2 min - 2 x 3 x 20 sec
    Oct 13 - 3 min - 3 x 3 x 20 sec
    Oct 14 - 3 min - 3 x 3 x 20 sec
    Oct 15 - 3 min - 3 x 3 x 20 sec - ok, tomorrow I will try to add 1 min :-)

    Oct 17: 3:00 Bowflex, but side rotation at the end. This after 2h bike commute and 1h run with a colleague!!!

    3/10= 25secs and struggled! Hoping this will become a lot easier towards the end!
    5/10= 2x25 secs slightly easier today
    6/10= 2x30 secs
    7/10= 30 secs
    8/10= 2x35 secs
    Sadly my back locked up for a while haven't been able to do this challenge. But it's better now and back on it although having to start again a bit gingerly....
    18/10= 2x20 secs

    Total time= 4min 35secs (a long way to go)

    Just had the most dreadful 10 days of my life – my son has been diagnosed with a brain tumour.

    Thankyou @CocoLoris for your message of support. We're waiting for a full diagnosis and treatment plan, taking one day at a time. I'm at home now, but at least I'm within driving distance so I can visit frequently.

    @lesdarts180: stay strong! If he needs an operation, then he'll be free of the tumor and everything will be okay. I knew of a young boy who went through such a thing and he was more than fine afterwards, he must be well now, too! So it's good that they identified the cause, even if it's so scary. It's also so good that you can help them! I am sure your support means a lot and helps them through this! :flowerforyou:
