I wasn't super strict over the weekend, I also started a new workout last week so I was expecting to hold onto a little bit of water weight due to that & dinner lastnight was late and salty.... overall. A weekend win! Time to get serious again for the week!!

    9 Oct- 153 lb - WOOT WOOT!!! I had a feeling I was due for a drop! I have been feeling smaller... but the scale was not reflecting it yet.
    10 Oct- 153 lb - Excited to see this number again today! It feels more real now :)
    11 Oct- 151.8 lb - OMGOSH!!! I haven't seen the scale dropping like this in MONTHS! At the beginning of this month, I started increasing my daily protien intake to about 100g/day (I looked at my macros and was only getting about 60g/day previously.... YIKES). This is becuase I'm doing an Ab/Squat-30 day challenge and want to make sure my muscles have everything they need to heal. Apparently my body agrees!!! :D

    16 Oct- 151.8 lb- There we go! I did good about not snacking on the kid's dinner & goldfish crackers yesterday lol That always seems to help! Back to where I was on Friday! Now lets keep it dropping.
    17 Oct- 150.8 lb- Sweeeeeeet. Hit my goal for this month already!! No snacking in the evenings is working wonders.

    21 Oct- 149.6 lb- Into the 140's I go!!!
    22 Oct- 151.0 lb- Welp.... that one day in the 140s was cool LOL!! Not sure what this spike is about. Probably hormonal or something cus I ate fine yesterday. I have noticed if I get less sleep, I tend to hold onto a bit more water weight. My 1-1/2 year old kept me up quite a bit lastnight so there's that.

    1 Oct - 146.5 I have no clue. Maybe water, maybe my medication change. Who knows. Hopefully it will be back down soon.
    2 Oct - 143.9 way better. Hopefully the other 3 pounds are gone in the next couple of days
    3 Oct - 143.2 would have been lower, but ate pizza last night and a couple of wings.
    4 Oct - 142.0 did really well yesterday and should stay on track for today

    2 Oct - 297.4 Not so great but I already know I didn't drink enough water yesterday so I know it'll go again!

    3 October 296.3! Yay! Pleased with that and confirms that yesterday was a lack of drinking water!

    4 October 295.9 still going in the right direction for now but I think that may change tomorrow!

    6 October 294.4 didn't weigh yesterday, was up early to do a major road trip and not awake enough. Happy to see it's still going in the right direction though! 😁

    7 October 294.6 To be expected after having dinner out yesterday and not drinking enough water. Still on track for the 285 by the end of the month I hope!

    8 October 293.5 Delighted with this. Takes me out of the 21 stone bracket and pops me into the very top of the 20st bracket. Still too much but all going in the right direction 😁

    14 October 292.6. Not happy, in fact a bit down even though I know full well I haven't eaten enough to put that much on. It is the dreaded TOM! More gutted to be above my 10% again! Oh well, it'll go again. Today is the last day I'll be this fat.

    15 October 292.3 I missed yesterday, struggling with depression at the moment. Nothing that'll stop the lifestyle change but hard to live through.

    16 October 290.7. I should be delighted but still struggling with my mood. I can't seem to shake it. Back on the medication for a bit until normal service resumes.

    17 October 289.8 Well that's better! Made me smile at least as I wasn't expecting another good loss so soon. Hoping my mood will lift soon too.
