changing calories

how do i change my calories from 1870 to 1960 back in my october 2018 diary entries on my free iPhone app? it keeps saying i need try back later. is there a way of doing it from my macbook?

    Go to web version on mac (type in myfitnesspal.com) You can log into your account from there--typing this from my Mac

    ? I don't think you can change your calories (you mean your daily goal, right?) retroactively. Unless they've a premium feature?

    You can change your calories by changing your goals. I changed mine today by switching from 1 lb/week loss to 0.5 lb/week loss. I gained a couple hundred calories.

    OP, why are you trying to change your daily calories from a year ago?

    I doubt that it’s a function that exists because the likelihood of anyone wishing to do it is so slight. Unlikely it’s worth the programming cost or time to make that feasible.

    If you go to main website rather than the app you can amend your calories there.
    Settings >> goals >> edit calories.
