Low carb recipies

Im trying to do a low carb diet i dont no if is just the sugar you cut down or all carbs can someone advise please

I had to follow a low carb diet with gestational diabetes and I was advised by the nutritionist to look at the first carb number in each product and use that number to carb count ! What you need to take in carb wise will vary on height weight age etc0

3.mixed lettuce 🥬 1cup
4.walden farms thousand island or chipotle dressing 0cal
5. 1 Tblspoon nuts to bagged salad toppings low calorie options like great value maple glazed pecan pieces dates y Apple 40cal per 1 Tbls1 -
These are my go to main dishes where I don't miss not having a starch. The asian recipes do contain sugar. Skip potatoes in nicoise, grande alioli and gado gado in recipes that call for it. I don't miss skipping the bread called for in some bagna cauda recipes. Skip the optional rice accompaniment for beef lok lak and nam prik ong. Incidently tagliata di manzo is a dish I order in an Italian restaurant if I don't want pasta.
