So excited, started my journey a year ago last July, it has been a long year but I feel so good and healthy. Getting to the gym is still a struggle but I get there at least 3 times a week. Myfitnesspal has been a great help! lytco43en6qm.jpg

    Keep up with the gym. It may not be your favourite thing, it isn’t mine. It looks as thought you like travel, and being fit really makes any trip more enjoyable. It is what has kept me going to the gym these past few years.
